Allied Health Services Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Aquarena is committed to providing all of our clients with high standards of service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, or does not attend, they prevent another person from making a booking and disrupt staff schedules and preparation. We therefore have strict cancellation terms and conditions as follows:

Please call us on 9848 0000 or email aquarena@ymca.org.au by 2pm on the day before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Please note, we deem some circumstances unpreventable which may be determined by the discretion of your practitioner.

To cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 2pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given by the cut off time, clients will be charged a cancellation fee: $30 for a 30 minute appointment, 60 for a 60 minute appointment. Cancellation fees are due on the day of the appointment.

For Department of Veteran Affairs and Third Party clients, please note that cancellation fees are not covered by these agencies and are to be paid by clients directly.

Arriving Late

We strive to keep to schedule so that our clients don't experience long wait times. If clients arrive late to an appointment, they will still be required to pay the full session fee regardless of how much time is left of the scheduled appointment.

If a client is 20 minutes or later to an appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment and a cancellation fee charged.

All payments for allied health services is to be made on the day of the treatment, however in cases of continual rescheduling or cancellations, we may request that payment is prepaid at the time of booking.
